Masimo Network Disruption Impacting Some Orders – What You Need to Know
We want to inform our customers of an ongoing issue affecting the processing and delivery of certain Masimo product orders.
On April 27, 2025, Masimo Corporation experienced unauthorized activity on their on-premise network. In response, they immediately activated incident response procedures, isolated affected systems, and began working with leading cybersecurity experts and law enforcement to resolve the issue.
As a result of this disruption, Masimo’s ability to fulfill and ship some customer orders has been temporarily impacted. While their cloud-based services and core communication tools remain unaffected, certain operations—particularly related to order processing and fulfillment—are running at reduced capacity.
