Health o meter Professional 2620KL — Digital Wheelchair Scale (ADA-Compliant)

The Health o meter Professional 2620KL is a full-digital wheelchair scale built for facilities that need accurate weights without asking patients to leave their chair. Dual ramps at a 1:8 running slope make roll-on access easy, while 2" edge guards on both the ramps and the oversized platform help prevent roll-offs. Anti-slip tape on the ramp surfaces adds another layer of protection during transitions.

At 32" wide by 40" deep, the platform accommodates most wheelchairs, bariatric chairs, and standing patients, with capacity up to 1,000 lb (454 kg) at 0.2 lb resolution. When the scale isn't in use, the platform folds upright and rolls away on built-in casters — a practical advantage in exam rooms and clinics where floor space is limited.

The 2620KL has been reviewed for ADA compliance and holds Platinum certification from Corada, and is designed to meet U.S. Access Board MDE Standards for Accessible Medical Diagnostic Equipment. That matters for state and local government–operated facilities, which are required to meet those standards under Department of Justice enforcement.

A color TFT-LCD display head swivels through 180° so the operator can read results from either side of the scale, and the antimicrobial keypad supports infection-control protocols. USB output sends weights directly to your EMR, with optional Pelstar wireless connectivity available.
