Shipping policy

Stock levels are shown on each product page. In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days of your order.

Items labeled "Ships from Manufacturer" ship directly from the manufacturer on their schedule, so delivery times can vary.

Backordered items ship as soon as the manufacturer has stock, and we'll reach out with an estimated date.

Large equipment ships by freight, and liftgate delivery is available where noted at checkout.

If you have questions about an order, contact us at onlineorders@marsmed.com.
